中班一學年的學習遊戲生活過去了,在過去的一學年裏,我們班級幾位教師以的熱情和幹勁投入到各項工作,團結協作、配合默契,安全、有效地完成了保教任務。整頓班級常規、按照《綱要》要求,完善幼兒一日活動各個環節,豐富幼兒的活動環境。度過了愉快的“六一”兒童節。我們中班的孩子們即將進入大班年級。在此,我們對學期工作進行評價,以使下一階段的工作得到更多啟發和提高。

一.堅持抓班級常規。

加上自中班上學期以來,我班不斷有新朋友進入,目前總人數24此刻我班有男孩10人,女孩14人,相對來説,大部分孩子活潑好動,坐不定,例如,王家妮.王有祥.等。多數家長對學前教育的重視呼聲高,對孩子在園的生活、學習狀況也越來越重視,可是有三分之一的孩子長期由祖父母養育,過分寵愛,要求不嚴,各方面潛力較弱。

在環境創設中,我強調班級環境的兒童化、活動性和創造性。注意以幼兒為主,把幼兒的興趣、需要和發展放在第一位,鼓勵幼兒動口、動手、動腦參與環境創設。

我班幼兒繪畫.做手工的興趣大,並且十分願意把自我的作品展示給同伴。我把教室牆壁劃分為若干區域,每個區域每個階段出現不一樣的主題,根據教學資料或由幼兒羣眾討論商量定出如:“火辣辣的夏天”、“小醫院”、“小巧手”“我的城堡”等豐富的資料,每一個主題都是由師生共同佈置經過一段時間來豐富、完善畫面。這樣的環境佈置,發自幼兒、創自幼兒、欣賞自幼兒,幼兒更能全身心投入各項活動,從中體驗成功的喜悦。

球是幼兒喜愛的一種玩具,它能夠有許多種玩法,而拍球是最基本的一種玩法,也是中班幼兒要求達標的一項體育運動。在訓練排球的過程中,我們先鼓勵幼兒和球交朋友,自我尋找多種玩法,讓幼兒漸漸掌握球性,再採用幼兒自由練習和羣眾比賽相結合的形式練習拍球。

3.保育工作仔細到位。

在生活上,我們細心關照每一個幼兒,給幼兒介紹許多生活小知識,讓幼兒學習自我保護,培養自我服務的潛力。改變了以前手把手幫忙幼兒穿衣服、扣鈕釦,看到幼兒做不好的事情,親自代勞,使幼兒行成了不敢自主的依靠習慣。此刻我們中班幼兒在冬令時節穿衣、褲都能自我做好,有時他們會主動地互相幫忙,總之,個個都成了小能人。

五.今後努力方向。
