在參與學生會工作中，x同學主管辦公室這一關鍵部門，協助領導老師進行信息傳達和部分學生管理工作，帶領部門單獨組織了學院十大優秀學生幹部、十大素質標兵評選，學生會部門述職大會等活動，協助其他部門參與運動會、迎新晚會、學術節等幾個大活動，活動本身取得的優異成績就説明了各部門的優秀表現，當然也包括了辦公室的不俗表現。同時，辦公室作為聯繫各部門的紐帶，對各部門進行考核監督，並管理着學生活動的各項經費開支，使得學生會內部的考核機制公平、公正、公開且紀律嚴明、令行禁止，規範了學生會的行為，對學生會這一學生組織的規範性做出了較有效的努力。而學生經費管理，也本着“開源節流”的工作態度，貫之以行動，也取得了顯著成果，使得浪費減少，經費的使用更具有效性，也間接地提高了各項活動的質量。辦公室的不俗表現，自然離不開其主管學生x同學對部門及委員們的循循善誘。年終換屆之時，辦公室八個委員中仍然有六位希望留在學生會繼續工作，由此可見一斑，部門內部的氛圍延續了部門成員的工作熱情，充分調動起了成員們的進取心。x同學在任期間，着重提高部門的工作質量和工作效率，較為突出的是，提高了部門會議的效率，堅持“不開無效之會議”的態度，全年召開部門會議共3次，其間有一小插曲，部門會議散會後，所有部門委員均不願離開，聚在一處鋪陳暢聊開來，可見這一部門的凝聚力之不缺。年終優秀部門評選，以x同學為代表的辦公室這一部門以高得票數獲得了“優秀部門標兵”的榮譽稱號，全年的工作獲得了充分的認可與肯定。

一直以來，我都不斷學習黨的理論，堅定共產主義理想信念。雖然自己目前沒有擔任黨內職務，但是我積極參加了支部的每次活動。通過對馬列主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論及“三個代表”重要思想的不斷學習，能認識到共產主義的理想信念不是憑空產生的，而是來源於對人類社會發展規律和人生價值的科學認識與理性把握，來源於馬克思主義理論的武裝。我不斷加強政策理論的學習，隨時掌握黨和國家的各項方針政策，提高自身的理論水平和政治素質，為搞好自己的學習生活打下堅實的理論基礎。
