我是一名即將從XX大學工商管理專業畢業的本科畢業生，通過幾年的大學生活，我成長了很多。在即將畢業之時，我對自己的收穫和感受作一個小結，並以此為我今後行動的指南。精彩的大學生活給了我很多挑戰自我的機會，如系學生會的競選，院裏組織的演講比賽，文化藝術節的文藝匯演、英語演講比賽等。在參與這些活動的過程中，我結交了一些很好的朋友，學到了為人處事的方法，鍛鍊了自己的能力。這些經歷使我明白有些事情如果嘗試了，成功的機會就有一半，如果不去嘗試，成功的機率只能為零。機會來臨時，我們就要好好地把握住。回顧下我的大學生活，發現也存在不少缺點。
注意力不集中，不成長時間的專注一件事，造成自己做事不夠精，不夠細。沒有真實的去做一件事，往往是什麼也沒有做成。往往做事，只做表面的，追求技巧時尚，表現自己的才智，而忘了本質的基礎，結果，只會説説而已，一旦動真的什麼都不會。有時成天忙的沒有目標，即使有而是很渙散，沒有重點，沒有成績，不見效果。我有了這個很壞的習慣，沒有重點，貪多，不見效果。我希望在未來我能繼續發揚我的優點，克服壞習慣，一天只有一個重點，一個星期，一個月，一年，一生只有一個重點，而不是很多很多沒有具體的東西去做，模糊的概念性的東西是沒有價值的，永遠不能實現的。每天早上要明確的對自己説我要做事是什麼？最重要的事是什麼？有什麼價值？晚上反省自己，是不是落實了，沒有的實現的話，有什麼補救措施，而不是，混了過去，這樣你又放了自己，慢慢的養成這個習慣，總是完成不了一個小小的事情。
