自199x年8月我被公司授予技術員職稱至現今，已有四年的時間。在這四年中，我一直在運行部工作，憑藉自己的努力和領導的提攜，從一名主值班員晉升到了值班長,進而又被提拔到了部門助理一職。在這期間，我對我們公司首站的各系統有了更深入的瞭解和認知，對一些系統發生的各類事故有了一定的獨立分析和處理能力，做好了一個技術員應盡的職責。
我在學校學的專業是熱工及自動化控制專業，但從事我們的首站運行工作卻最需要的是熱機、電氣等方面的知識。這對我來説就是一個新的挑戰，還需要不斷的學習提高，使自己的專業技能能全面發展。所以，我就找來一些有關這些方面的專業書籍，針對我們的系統進行鍼對性的學習，同時還請教一些老師傅和專業人員，請他們現身説教。經過自己的努力和同事的幫助，總算功夫不負有心人，我的專業知識和專業技能都有了很大的提高。
但我對我們系統有關熱工方面的知識還是特別關注，並深入去了解和掌握它。同時在自己學好之餘，還承擔向其他運行人員説教的職責。我們公司的熱水網工程是採用計算機監控系統實現熱水網生產運行的數據的全面監控的。它的主要組件包括控制器、輸入輸出模件和監控站。我公司首站共有18套美國霍尼韋爾公司的scan3000/s9000集散型控制系統(distributed control system,簡稱dcs)，它具有熱水網運行迴路控制，數據採集，數據通信，集中化的信息管理和操作顯示功能。它配有2台s9000控制器，另配置12台單迴路控制器(honewell udc3300)，作為控制迴路的宂餘控制器和緊急手操器。udc作為備用手操器可以在dcs發生故障時，對調節迴路進行控制。具有易操作、可編程、穩定性高的特點。dcs系統與udc之間能實現無擾動切換，確保系統運行的穩定性。s9000控制器通過dvc通訊口的dmc通訊迴路與單迴路控制器實現通訊;通過mgtsta通訊口與系統監控站的通訊卡相連接。有了這些控制系統，平時各種參數的調節以及人員的勞動就有了事半功倍的效果。這些控制系統是由測量元件(温度變送器、壓力變送器、差壓變送器)、控制元件(s9000、udc)，執行機構(調節閥等)構成。控制流程是這樣的，現場一次表計採集數據，由變送器發出4—20ma信號給s9000(也就是常説的dcs)，1—5v信號給udc。然後由s9000或udc發出4—20ma信號(udc用串接250ω電阻，將1—5v信號轉為4—20ma信號)給執行機構進行調節。在這過程中，儀表的電源由兩台西門子24v直流電源提供(此兩台電源互為備用)，電源送至配電器，然後由配電器給一次儀表供電(中間加配電器是為了在儀表維修時，不至於發生短路，而損壞直流電源)。dcs或udc接收到信號即在crt或udc自帶屏上顯示。控制時dcs或udc發出信號給阻抗轉換器、配電器，經隔離模塊或隔離繼電器傳給執行機構進行控制。隔離模塊是通模擬量信號的，即連續控制信號4—20ma，如閥門的開度、液位控制等;而隔離繼電器是將開關量信號反饋至dcs的，如温度開關、壓力開關及泵的啟、停狀態等(加隔離模塊、隔離繼電器是為了隔離強電信號，以免把s9000中的迴路控制卡燒壞)。
在倒班運行期間，作為一名值班長，我承擔着整個熱水網安全經濟運行的重責，上班期間精神高度集中，帶領班組成員一起精心調節參數，認真分析各項數據，總結規律，及時查找和發現設備的缺陷和隱患，防止擴大事故。不僅確保了熱水網的安全運行，而且還做到了經濟運行。在一些參數及設備異常時，能做到及時分析、查找原因並彙報，具備了一定的獨立分析能力。平時上班期間，經常認真學習各種專業知識和運行規程，並且能經常在頭腦中做好各種事故預想。在首站發生各類事故時，能準確、果斷的進行處理和調度，迅速恢復系統的正常運行。在運行部辦公室工作期間，我不但承擔着運行部的日常管理、後勤工作，而且還承擔着輔助運行人員作好各項安全經濟運行工作。和部門領導一起作好各項數據的經濟分析和負荷預測，參與各項事故的分析處理、系統的技術改造等工作。如：首站crt顯示大網回水壓力值白天流量大時經常升高，需經常放水，經過幾天的觀察統計，都有此現象，自查首站無問題，分析可能是有用户站存在漏點，白天啟動時壓力大於我們管網的壓力而向我們管網漏水。遇到以上類型的問題，我們統計分析好後就聯繫相關部門去解決，為其他部門更好的處理問題提供了第一手的資料。
