做為一名教師，我本着實事求是、勤學勤思的精神，認真撰寫讀書筆記，仔細聆聽專家講座，及時總結學習心得，並積極思考如何將黨的優秀思想精髓恰當地用於一線教育教學實踐中，以科學的思想為指導，切實提高教育教學水平。
二、愛崗敬業，倡導優良的師德風尚
古人云：其身正，不令而行；其身不正，雖令不行，對學生施以德育，教師必須具備師德，所謂師德，是教師進行教育教學工作，處理各種關係應遵守的道德準則和行為規範，包括教師的道德品質、理想信念，對事業的態度和感情以及有關的行為習慣等，教師是學生的榜樣，一言一行都會影響學生的成長，必須言傳身教相結合。
