，1993年1月24日上午11時15分出生於山東省無棣縣小泊頭鎮衞生院。從小與土地親近，與自然感情之久毋庸置疑。讀書生涯以母親的《中藥學》和父親的《儲糧害蟲》發端，與生物學結緣也始於此。
接受了正統的十二年中國基礎教育，十二年寒窗乏善可陳。國中兩次參加中學生物奧林匹克競賽，分別取得省區一等獎和特等獎。高中三年，平心而論只拼了半年，用減肥八千克換了一張總分623的大學聯考成績單。懷着對生物學的一腔熱情，力排眾議報考了山東大學生命科學學院，並被錄取。
進入大學，發現理想中之自由開放的象牙塔仍遙不可及，但對我來説已經是"如鰍得泥"。雖然與中學相比，課程的負擔不止增加了倍餘，但我更喜歡這種忙碌。基礎課的教學，應該不能算得上理想，我想這是國內多數大學的通病。不過，課程本身的吸引力，遠遠大於我對教學方式的不滿。雖然沒有在拿到全部的優秀，但也算是順利通過。英語輕鬆拿下四級六級，也似小馬過河，不是一件異常恐怖的事情。

在學校，最大的樂土莫過於實驗室，即使基礎實驗成了理工科學生最為詬病的孱頭。雖然無法完全掌控實驗，但我力爭求變，看到自己的思想被證實或被否定，實在是一件樂事。兒時與土地的親近和十幾年"住院"(liveinTHEhospital)生活讓我對實驗操作本身頗有體會。特別是動物實驗，被同學叫去在扎滿耳孔的兔子耳朵上尋找"立針之地"的往往是我。三年來，十幾門實驗課，門門都是優秀，每每成為實驗同伴偷懶的理由，這也是大學時光裏的一個美好的回憶。
閒暇之餘，背上帳篷和睡袋，深入濟南南部的山山水水中，雖然沒有云南風光旖旎，還是能尋找到一份城市中失落已久的難得清靜。帶上地質錘和放大鏡，張夏、山旺，都是好去處。和奧陶紀、寒武紀、第四紀的生靈們打個招呼。雖然還上升不到分子的水平，也算是對進化的小小研究了。
説到進化，20xx年的春天，非典疑雲籠罩京城之際，我和幾個朋友受邀到中央電視台科教頻道與南京大學、天津大學的朋友一起參加關於恐龍滅絕的話題的討論。我們提出的復原恐龍生態模型的觀點得到了著名古生物學家董枝明和甄朔南的一致肯定。從北京趕回濟南後五天，非典隔離開始。同樣因為非典，中央台的節目錄制陷入停頓，我們的節目"有幸"被重播四次之多，希望我們的觀點能夠得到更多人的認可。
不過，比之討論恐龍滅絕，我更喜歡探討生命的誕生。在這裏，進化不僅僅是一個生物學課題，更是一個哲學命題。我對進化生物學及進化基因組學的認識將在下面的一篇小文中展開，在此就不加贅述了。
最後，三年大學生活行將結束，未來的研究生生活即將展開。對我來説，中科院系統始終是我的唯一選擇，我需要的是一個純粹的研究氛圍。昆明動物所正是這樣一個地方。不管是我目前主攻的動物發育方向，還是我的興趣所在--進化生物學方向，昆明所都有國內頂尖的教授和實驗條件。
