通過幾年的工作我學到了很多知識，同時還培養了我堅韌不拔的意志和頑強拼搏的精神，使我能夠在工作中不斷地克服困難、積極進齲加入公務員的行列是我多年以來的一個強烈願望，同時我認識到人和工作的關係是建立在自我認知的基礎上，而我感覺到我的工作熱情一直沒有被激發到最高，我熱愛我的工作，但每個人都是在不斷地尋求取得更好的成績，我的自我認知讓我覺得公務員是一個正確的選擇，這些就堅定了我報考公務員的信心和決心。
