I'd like to summarize myself from 3 aspects:

1、應該充分挖掘自己的特長和亮點，把自己最有優勢的地方放到最前面。

2、把自己的名字和聯繫方式放到最顯眼的地方。

3、儘量壓縮到一頁(這一點我做的不太好)。二頁的話要保證3/4頁是項目經歷。

4、對於不同類型的單位，最好採用不同的簡歷模板，以更有針對性。

1)對於外企：要強調“英文水平”、“學習能力”、“團隊合作精神”、“溝通能力”。

2)對於國企和事業單位：要強調“教育背景”、“政治面貌”、“獲獎情況”、“學習成績”、“踏實穩重”。

3)對於技術類企業：要強調“專業技能”(與該企業相關的技能放到最前面)、“項目經驗”。

4)對於研究類單位：要強調“研究方向”、“獲獎情況”、“學習成績”。

5)對於銷售、管理類職位：要強調“任職情況”、“組織活動”、“溝通能力”“團隊合作能力”、“解決問題能力”。

5、儘量少談“個人興趣”，如果是特長的話，可以改為“個人特長”或“文體特長”。

6、對於自己所做的項目，不要寫或少寫“項目簡介”，而要重點寫“個人職責”。

7、不能説假話，自己沒有的絕對不能説;但自己有的，一定要用最好的方式展現出來。

8、對於自己的亮點，可以適當加一些修飾;對於自己的劣勢，應極力的避開。
