留學生校外租房協議書
Agreement for Student Rent Apartment Outside
1, 本人自願申請在留學生公寓以外租房居住，並已徵得家長同意，若有任何人身安全及財產意外發生，一切後果由本人負責。
I am applying to rent apartment by myself with my parents’ permission. Myself will responsible for my personal safety and belongings.
2，本人保證在入住三日之內到居住地公安機關辦理登記手續, 並將本表格交回留學生學生工作辦公室。
I shall go to local police station to registrant with in 3 days I move to the rent apartment and bring this form back to Overseas Students Office.
3，本人保證在居留許可證到期前10天到外事處辦理居留延期手續。
I shall give notice to the Foreign Affairs Office 10 days before my residence permission expire.
