1.邀請對方參加活動的內容、時間和地點；
2. 與該活動有關的注意事項；
3.期待對方接受邀請，並可表示感謝。

if you couldn’t come, please notify me before friday. if you can, please tell me which train you will take and i will meet you at the railway station.
