Position Responsibilities

1,Assist Purchasing Manager to supports the regional supply function, ensuring continuity of supply through analysis of key metrics

2,Develop and manage new vendor on-boarding process including terms, compliance, set up forms, lead times, and tracking of all related information

3, Executes vendor performance evaluations to ensure technical excellence for product

4, Prepares supplier development program to improve overall supplier performance

5, Assists in identifying and developing department tools and methodologies

6, Maintains and enhances cross-functional team relationships

7, Comfortable interfacing directly with the vender

8,Coordinates and collaborate with regional teams while ensuring tactical and strategic alignment.

9,Evaluates potential suppliers and manages the overall quality process

10、Develop and make procurement plans, review procurement documents

11、Ensure the purchase plans、contracts and supplier management.

Main Responsibilities:

Search capable suppliers and confirm technical process, quality inspection, testing requirements;

Receive and analyze new enquiries, confirm all information, material specification with the clients;

Negotiate and compare price, conditions and quality from different suppliers, ensure proving the quotation without delays and match client’s request;

Constantly source and propose relevant products based on client’s market trend;

Prepare samples for clients and get orders to follow up;

Constant suppliers research, finding methods of bringing the cost down;

Visit suppliers in order to understand them better and maintain friendly relationships;
