dear classmates,
every one of us, rich or poor, should at least have one or two good friends. my friends will listen to me when i want to speak, will wipe my eyes when i cry, will take care of me when i am sick, and my friends will go together with me side by side through this journey of life.
as students, we could share more time with our friends. the friendship in our young hearts is pure, fresh and simple. i often feel very lucky to have a lot of good friends. especially when i had justin as one of my best friends. justin was my english teacher from the usa. i met him in 1996 when i was a student who could only speak very little english. justin was a vivid young man with a bright smile on his face, and he always had his special way to make the class active and attractive. he taught us english by telling stories, playing games, singing songs, and even dancing. i could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class, we went to some other classes to sing songs for them, just like what people do in the states on christmas eve. it was so interesting and unforgettable. justin was an excellent teacher, because he taught us not only how to study english well, but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others' lives. i know there was friendship and pure love in our hearts. facing this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important, the real importance lay in faith, under-standing, and care. justin is the best friend i have ever had, and i know i will cherish those days of staying together with him as the best part of my memory.
friendship is a kind of treasure in our lives. it is actually like a bottle of wine, the longer it is kept, the sweeter it will be. it is also like a cup of tea. when we are thirsty, it will be our best choice, but when we have enough time to enjoy ourselves, it is also the most fragrant drink.
however, in this fast-developing modern society, the reality is not that. more and more people forget to enjoy the beauty of life and -the beauty of friendship. they work hard in order to gain a higher position, in the society and to earn more money for their work. of course, we don't deny that it is important to find a bet-ter place in our lives, but we wish more and more people could pay a little more attention to themselves and their friends. all of us have to spare some time for personal lives. we have to find the chance to express our emotion and love. when staying with our friends, we can release ourselves completely. we can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry to-gether. i should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.
as we know, we would feel lonely if we didn't even have a friend. but it doesn't mean we could depend on our friends all the time. there is a famous motto saying that “a friend is like a quilt with cotton wadding, but the real thing that keeps you warm is your own temperature.” it is really true. we have to work hard together with our friends, encourage each other and help each other. when we receive love and friendship, we should repay as much as we can.
finally, let's pray together now that one day, all of us could find the person we want to find, and could enjoy a real beautiful friendship in our lives. let's pray the flower of friendship be-tween our friends and us would always bloom brightly in our hearts.

i have a dream
i am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.
five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.
but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.
in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."
but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of god's children.
it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. and those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. and there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.
but there is something that i must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: in the proceof gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred. we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.
the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. and they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.
we cannot walk alone.
and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.
we cannot turn back.
there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "when will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as the negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousnelike a mighty stream.

the cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. but again, the cynics are wrong. we care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.
as college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. we all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. i believe in all my fellow classmates. though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. i believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. we are preparing to assume new responsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place. i believein our future.

是成為笑傲天穹的精靈，還是成為陸地上平庸的小丑，這一切都由你自己決定。當奧運健兒站在最高領獎台上，當國歌奏響、五星紅旗緩緩升起的那個瞬間，我們看到是自豪、驕傲。可這自豪的背後又有多少不為人知的艱辛與汗水，要實現夢想就必須為之奮鬥。
戰國時期的政治家蘇秦。年輕時，學問不深，曾到好多地方做事，都不受重視。家人也瞧不起他。這對他的刺激很大。所以，他下決心發奮讀書。常常讀書到深夜，很疲倦，他便想出了一個方法，一打瞌睡，就用錐子往自己的大腿上刺一下。這樣，猛然間感到疼痛，使自己清醒起來，再堅持讀書。才有了“蘇秦刺骨”的佳話。
幾千年前年輕的蘇秦都懂得剋制，更何況現在的我們呢?青春的日子請好好把握，不要等到夢裏都麻木的一天，才懂得懊悔，更不要等到青春散盡的一天，才懂得珍惜。

節氣指二十四時節和氣候，二十四節氣是中國古代訂立的一種用來指導農業的補充曆法，是中國古代漢族勞動人民長期對經驗的積累和智慧的結晶。
春雨驚春清谷天，夏滿芒夏暑相連，秋處露秋寒霜降，冬雪雪小大寒。那麼，二十四節氣又有怎樣的歷史由來呢?中國上下五千年以來，我國的政治，經濟，文化，農業活動中心多數集中在黃河流域，二十四節氣就根據那一帶的氣候，物候制定出來了，並一直為人流傳至今。
在二十四節氣中，比較重要的幾個節氣分別是驚蟄，小滿，芒種，白露了。
驚蟄是每年的三月五日或六日，這時候氣温上升，春雷滾滾，會驚醒正在冬眠的動物，所以叫做驚蟄，驚蟄時很少下雨，適合播種，所以農民伯伯們一般會在這時候種下水稻和玉米。小滿則在五月中旬，這時候小麥與大麥都開始成熟了，馬上就到了收穫的季節了。六月六日前後，小麥變成熟。這時，農民大多數都應該給水稻插秧了，所以這時又叫做“忙種”。白露在九月上旬，白露後天氣變幻轉涼，要注意適當的加減衣服。
不管是驚蟄，小滿，還是秋分，小雪;這無不體現出中華勞動人民的勤勞與智慧。打春雨驚田，春分清谷連。立夏滿芒種，夏至二暑還。立秋暑白露，秋分寒露陣。立冬雨場雪，冬至寒又寒……在這二十四個節氣裏，流淌着中國最古老的文化，正是這源遠流長的文化中，二十四節氣鑄就了文化精神，中華人民的勤勞智慧。
在這二十四節氣中，中華文化才更加博大，中國傳統節日才得以流傳至今，年復一年，二十四節氣會伴隨我們，永遠流傳下去。

大家好!我想問下大家，我們的生活都離不開哪些呀?有的同學説有空氣、有陽光，還有呢?當然還有水了。
水是生命之源，我們的生活離不開水，我們渴了需要喝水，我們洗衣煮飯都需要水，還有我們身邊的植物也需要水……有的人説，水，我們家多的是，我每天洗澡的時候都得美美的洗上差不多一個小時，有什麼好稀罕的。就是因為我們的無知不懂得珍惜水資源導致現在地球上的飲用水越來越稀缺了。
雖説地球的面積有四分之三都是水，但淡水僅僅佔總水量的百分之三，其中三分之二還是冰，可見現在世界上的水資源有多麼貧乏!“假如地球上只剩下最後一滴水，那麼就是我們的眼淚。”每聽到這一句話，我的心就忍不住地緊張起來，真害怕有這麼一天。雲南20__年遭遇60年一遇的全省性特大旱災，乾旱範圍之廣、歷時之長、損失之大。嚴重乾旱造成全省742萬人、459萬頭大牲畜飲水困難。乾旱讓莊稼基本顆粒無收，部分家畜無飲水被渴死，孩子們爭相喝着髒水解渴，歷史就在眼前。
你知道嗎?假如一個水龍頭每秒鐘只漏一滴水，一年就能積成驚人的三百六十噸;
假如不下雨，地球上的淡水只能夠我們用四年左右的時間;
人可以一個星期不吃飯，但不能一個星期不喝水。
所以，水對我們真的非常重要，我們要珍惜水資源，節約水資源。
節約用水，從你我做起。從我們身邊做起，下面有幾個節約用水的小竅門。比如我們早上洗臉時把水用個小臉盆裝起來，洗過臉的水可以拿來洗手沖廁所或洗拖把。開水時把水籠頭擰小一點，用完後立刻關掉。淘米的水可以洗菜，洗完後還可以沖廁所。洗完衣服後的水也可以放在桶裏洗拖把沖廁所。洗完衣服後，可以把濕衣服晾在陽台上，在下面放一個盆，接來的水可以澆花。我們洗澡時可以把時間縮短些。
如果世界上沒有了水，地球就會乾裂;如果沒有了水，我們人類就可能渴死;如果沒有了水，就沒有了我們這個美麗的世界。請每個人節約用水，請珍惜水資源，請珍惜大地母親的每一滴眼淚。

我也像普通的孩子渴望自由，我希望父母能給我多一點點的獨自空間，多一點點的自由空間。從小，我就是個對讀書極其有興趣的人，讀書成績也不錯。家裏難得看到讀書之才，把我管得緊緊的，不能像其他孩子般無拘無束的玩耍;不能像孩子般玩過頭都不怕被罵;不能像孩子般跟知心朋友暢談……
有時候，我會把自己想象成一隻展翅高飛的小鳥。因為鳥能在遼闊的天空盡情飛翔;有時候，我會把自己想象成一條魚，讓自己能在水中自由自在的遊着;有時候，我會把自己想象成一個海草，在海底靜靜的觀賞着這美麗的世界，偶爾還跟朋友説幾句話……
人需要自由，孩子更需要自由。還在只有在自由的條件能甘心情願的學習，能露出真心實地的笑。孩子的成績，孩子的笑容，孩子的幸福難道不是父母最希望也是最想他們得到的嗎?
長大了，我們的自由時間是越來越少，整天充斥在耳邊的只有學習學習，可我們真的情願嗎?我們負背壓力很重，老師、家長、親人，他們的期望使我們透不過氣來。我不想做一個為了爭第一而在老師面前做乖乖女，為了能應付家長成為一個虛假的好孩子，整天活在虛假的世界裏，一點都不真實，一點都不自由。還在需要自由，沒有自由就等於沒了心和靈魂啊!
自由這個詞，讓我理解很多，懂得很多。自由，是人人都需要的，是人人都應該渴望的。自由，它是七彩的，是温暖的。自由，是我們孩子的心靈和精神上的支柱啊!

電視劇《亮劍》中的主人公李雲龍曾説過：“面對強大的對手，明知不敵，也要毅然亮劍。即使倒下，也要成為一座山，一道嶺。”正是憑着這股不畏強敵敢於亮劍的精神，他們一次又一次地戰勝了裝備精良的強敵。在發展社會主義市場經濟的大潮中，要維護市場的公平正義，要構建和諧的工商，紅盾衞士仍然需要這種敢於亮劍的精神。
亮劍就要有劍膽。和諧工商不是一團和氣，作老好人，對尖鋭的矛盾、激烈的衝突視而不見;和諧工商也不是一帆風順、一馬平川。君不見，直面驚濤拍岸的商海大潮，那極不和諧的調子不時在你身邊敲打嗎?商業賄賂、欺行霸市、假冒偽劣，短斤少兩，坑蒙拐騙……這一切，不都在向我們昭示紅色盾牌的使命嗎?維護國家尊嚴，確保市場繁榮，市場監管是我們工商人永恆的主旋律!
不亮劍等於虛設，不亮劍等於瀆職，不亮劍等於殘疾!作為一名工商人，我們“紅盾”的利劍要毫不留情地刺向擾亂經濟秩序的黑暗角落。“亮劍”中我們是會得罪一些人，也會受到五花八門的威脅、恐嚇，甚至有着暗藏殺機的較量。但我們始終以大無畏的氣魄去面對工作中的各種困難和威脅，這就是亮劍精神的劍膽。發揚“逢敵必亮劍，劍鋒所指，所向披靡”，敢打硬仗、能打勝仗、屢破強敵、所向無敵的亮劍精神，真正做到“情為民所繫，權為民所用，利為民所謀”，才能在監管社會主義市場經濟中盡職盡心，才能在構建和諧工商的進程中大顯身手。
亮劍就要精劍道。亮劍不但要有膽量，還要有過硬的本領。本領硬、底氣足，才是必勝的法寶。作為一個工商人，僅有熱情和勇氣是不夠的，更應具備廣博的知識和多方面的才能。隨着市場經濟的發展，經濟違法的手法越來越隱蔽，案情也越來越複雜，執法程序也日益規範化，這對我們工商人能力素質的要求越來越高。以前“一説二嚇三罰款”粗糙的行政執法手段將一去不返。
“劍出有名，依據是法律;劍出有路，要有程序和招術;劍出有效，要達到預期的社會效果”。亮劍精神是一種智慧的藝術，我們在經檢辦案過程中應當學會劍“亮”在何處，劍怎麼“亮”，做到斷然出手，一擊必中!我們工商人要把亮劍精神貫穿於不斷的學習中，提高自身的業務素質和執法藝術水平。只有精於劍道，才能使自己真正成為執法工作中的行家裏手;只有精於劍道，才能在構建和諧工商的重任下游刃有餘。
亮劍就要揚劍威。威從何來?工商人的威信應當來自為民為國依法行政的自豪感;來自公開透明、廉正生威的執法理念;來自執行法律法規規定，遵循辦案程序，嚴守辦案紀律的陽光辦案;來自緊要關頭，危難時刻，勇於負重，挺身而出。剛直不阿、客觀公正、臨危不懼，面對失誤不推諉、敢於承擔責任，只有這樣，工商人才能在社會主義市場經濟監管中，樹立起行政執法監管的權威，才能經受得起社會各界的監督，才能在構建和諧工商的工作中得到人民羣眾的熱烈擁護。
亮劍更要講劍義。嚴格執法是我們的職能和職責所在，但法與義並非水火不容。在構建和諧工商的工作中，努力達到人性化執法與嚴格執法的有機統一，是我們工商人共同的目標。“羣眾利益無小事”，維護業户和消費者權益是我們時刻放在心上的大事。
我們的行政執法要提倡劍膽琴心。“琴心是職業操守，琴心要以人為本，琴心要文明執法”。正確處理嚴格執法與熱情服務的關係，打造和諧執法氛圍，以服務市場主體和創造良好發展環境為目標，進一步優化工作職能，維護、發展、實現好各類市場主體和消費者的利益。加強隊伍建設，創新監管機制，打造誠信工商，轉變工作態度，樹立文明執法形象。
發揚亮劍精神，做到有劍膽、精劍道、揚劍威、講劍義，工商人更有作為，更有地位，定能不辱使命。讓我們亮起工商之劍，讓紅盾之魂在和諧工商的光輝照耀下閃光吧

讓我們摸摸自己的腦袋想想，在生活中這樣的例子俯拾即是。想當初，愛因斯坦是一個被大家公認的低能兒，他不但不曾灰心喪氣，仍堅信天生我才必有用，一直努力不懈，最終成為了著名的科學家;愛迪生也曾經在實驗中一次又一次地失敗，但他沒有放棄，相信自己，最後發明了燈泡;還有海倫凱勒，她小時候因生了一場大病，接二連三地喪失了正常人應有的能力，變得又聾又瞎又啞。在這種情況下，因為她有樂觀的人生態度，她挺過去了，不僅成了著名的教育家，還幫助許許多多像她一樣的兒童。
在一次又一次的困境中，愛因斯坦若是不自信，那麼他將一輩子是大家口中的弱智;愛迪生若是在他耳聾時喪失信心，那麼他將永遠是一個一事無成的懦夫;海倫凱勒若是在病後消極墮落，沒有對人生以自信，那麼她將只能默默忍受上天給她的這一切不公平的命運。
無數事例證明，人生需要自信，擁有自信，方能成功。

第一次穿上軍裝，第一次不再被當成孩子，第一次感到自己是個真正的男子漢，也是第一次懂得了承受苦累與負起責任。那段難忘的軍訓生活會永遠的記在我心裏的，那經歷永遠陪伴着我，那種精神也一直督促着我遇到困難一定堅持堅持再堅持。
軍訓真是培養人吃苦耐勞的精神和磨練人的堅強意志。蘇軾有句話：“古之立大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有堅忍不拔之志。”這句話我在軍訓當中算是明白了。烈日酷暑下，教官用他沙啞但卻有力的聲音喊着口令，我耳裏聽着教官的聲音，雖然很累，很曬，但是想想教官我又有什麼理由去喊累喊曬呢，所有的同學心裏也是這樣的想的，都很配合，賣力的作着動作。我們只有賣力的訓練才能對得起辛苦的教官，對得起天天陪在我們身邊的老師。
軍訓是痛苦並快樂着的，在晚飯後，我們常做的就是軍人最擅長的拉歌，看着平日嚴肅的教官，教我們拉起歌來卻一反常態，聲音雖是一如往常的沙啞，但是表情很是激動，這些都是我們最可愛的人平日裏苦中做樂的娛樂活動，想到這，在想想自己平日裏看電視，上網等等消遣，實在是慚愧。
在大學軍訓裏最讓我感動的是同學間的友愛互助，軍訓裏有些同學生病，旁人都會給予最真誠的關心，彼此在之前雖都互不相識，但是在這些細微的問候中可體現出來友情的可貴，如果説這是患難見真情，未免把軍訓説的太過無情，但是真情卻是讓我在軍訓中深刻的體會到了，希望以後的日子能和朋友們友誼地久天長。
生活上又何嘗不是要有吃苦耐勞的精神，強烈的責任感，熱忱的協作精神呢?我可以自豪地説，軍訓讓我成長，讓我遠航。

今天我們就開始了演講比賽,我是第八個,我看者前面的同學演講得那麼好,心又開始緊張起來,不過我對自己説:你能行.又看了看演講稿滿懷信心得走上到了台上,心裏還在説:你一定要為班級爭光,不能給班級丟臉.終於輪到我了,我走上去立刻就介紹了自己,我望了望下面心又開始砰砰直跳,背了好幾天的稿件好象沒有背過一樣的怎麼也想不起來了,我又看了看我們班的同學們我想我不可以給班級丟臉的,我們班的三十三個同學把希望都寄託在我的身上呢,我不能,不可以`````

青年時代是我理想生活中十分重要的'一段，在這段時間中，我一定要有“一夫當關萬夫莫開”的鋭氣和勇氣以及“有志者事竟成，破釜沉舟，百二秦關終屬楚;苦心人天不負，卧薪嚐膽，三千越甲可吞吳。”的霸氣和持之以恆的精神，去拼，去搏，去奮鬥，去創造，無論成功與否，心中可無憾矣，至少比平平凡凡過一生有一段記憶可回味。
中年時代事業可以按青年時代繼續延續下去，但心理要起變化，要有看破紅塵俗世的智慧和以一顆平常心去面對一切的處變不驚的，淡然的恬靜心態，話別凡塵俗世，告別榮辱對錯，離別功名利祿，飄逸灑脱，卻依舊保持着青春的豪情。

"軍訓"，多麼可怕呀，令人有一種毛骨悚然的感覺，對軍訓產生了恐懼感，然而軍訓對於我們這種嬌生慣養的小孩也是很有好處的，我記得當我領到軍訓服裝的時候心情無比激動，回到賓館就迫不及待的試穿，繫上腰帶，帶上軍帽，站在鏡子面前真不敢相信那就是我，身穿軍裝，感覺很神奇，自己就像一名勇敢的戰士，所有的困難在我面前頓時都變成了浮雲，於是我下定決心要好好地聽從指揮完成這次軍訓，以後的每天我都服從指揮，和同學，老師，還有教官走完了軍訓時光，歡送教官的那天晚上，我們都落淚了，因為滿心的不捨頓時油然而生。
回想大學軍訓時光，不得不承認：軍訓是辛苦的，但卻辛苦的美麗，辛苦的動人，辛苦的讓人難以忘懷，軍訓雖然很苦，但我們是幸運的，教官是可敬的，同學是可愛的，班主任是美麗的，輔導員是可親的，一切都是那麼的美好。在訓練時，我們和教官在烈日下同甘共苦，他們對每一個動作都要求嚴格，一發現我們的動作不規範，不到位，便細心的給我們講解，糾正我們的錯誤，尤其是第一天我們站軍姿，讓我們真正體會到了什麼是苦和累，但我們無需抱怨苦和累，因為教官面朝太陽比我們背朝太陽還要辛苦。
軍訓時的辛苦和勞累，是在磨練我們的意志，一種不屈不撓的意志，它帶給了我們一個尊嚴，一種力量，俗語説：“不經歷風雨，何以見彩虹，沒有一份寒徹骨，哪來梅花撲鼻香。”這軍訓的過程教會了我們如何面對生活中的苦難與挫折，無情的烈日曬傷了我們的皮膚，卻是我們滾燙的心變得更加堅強，汗水寖濕了我們的衣衫，卻留下了許許多多難以言表的東西，休息時，我們面對面坐着，在輔導員和教官的引領下，我們每個人臉上都帶着微笑，着微笑的力量感動了周圍的一切。
其實幸福與快樂時刻都在伴隨着我們，只要我們用心去體會，用心去感受，所有的苦和累頓時都化為須有。此外在軍訓的活動中，老師還為我們增添了許多豐富多彩的活動，如：組織我們看電影，聽講座等等，這些活動豐富了我們的軍訓生活，也提高了我們的團隊意識和個人的綜合素質。
大學軍訓結束了，我們高昂的口號聲依然盪漾在操場上，軍訓結束了，可敬的教官的面孔也依然清晰的印刻在我們的腦海，軍訓結束了，我們都很捨不得那段時光，因為我們擁有了很多美好的回憶，這將使我終生受益匪淺，是我一輩子的財富。
