作為即將參加大學聯考的高三學子，或許三年高中，我們即將結束，但在人生征途中，我們卻永遠在路上。一路來我們獲得過掌聲，也遭逢過挫折。
月考後的幾家歡樂幾家愁，就是最好的證明。面對成績，無疑要勝而不驕，再接再厲;而面對失敗，我們則要堅定地説，切莫放棄。
林肯先生，24歲經商失敗，26歲戀人死去，27歲精神崩潰，中年時代多次競選參議員和副總統，均告失敗。或許只有這些，才能算得上人生中真正的挫折。
可面對這麼多挫折，林肯並沒有放棄自己的追求，而是仍舊堅持不懈地努力。最終，他成為了美國第十六任總統。正是因為決不在挫折面前輕言放棄，林肯最終實現了自己的理想。
戰勝挫折走向成功的，不僅僅只有林肯總統一人。

Today in China,with the rising of our living standard, people's requirementof beauty has been heIghtened accordingly. Some people spare no money or energyon beautiful clothes, fashionable hair styles,the decoration of their houses andeven the improvement of their looks. But it seems to me,all these are more orless confined to the beauty in appearance,or rather,the outward beauty.
In my opinion,we shouldn't only pay attention to beautiful appearance andneglect the beautification of the mind and what we are after should be theperfect unity of the outward beauty and the inner beauty. As we all know,so faras objects and animals are concerned,there is only beautiful appearance to bementioned, but to us humanbeings, although the outward beauty really matters,the inner beauty is much more important. 大家好!今天我演講的題目是《不拋棄不放棄》。
“不拋棄不放棄”這句話源於《士兵突擊》的一段台詞，它體現了軍人的精神。“不拋棄不放棄”這句話被廣泛運用於汶川地震，它體現了對每個生命的尊重。我今天説的“不拋棄不放棄”是一個教育故事，是一個一線教師面對業績和心靈的選擇。
這事還得從去年九月開始説起。去年，我換了所新學校，擔任一年級的語文老師兼班主任。很不幸，分到了2個留級生，一個點到都不會答應，另一個永遠地把“o”念成“e”。新學校、新班級，兩個註定的不及格，平均分會打多少折扣我很清楚，為此，我足足鬱悶了好幾天。那天電子註冊學生檔案，那個“O”“e”不分的孩子無法註冊，電腦顯示她是留級生，應該去二年級就讀。當時我興奮極了，多好啊，她回了二年級，我們班可以少一位後進生了!
那天出校門，天已經快黑了。遠遠看見了她——那個“oe”不分的她坐在爸爸的自行車後座。她也看見我，急忙叫爸爸停車，跑到車籃裏掏着什麼。我趕緊朝她擺擺手，做了個要走的姿勢。她急了，抓起一大把東西跑過來塞給我——是薯片!見我接了，她又興奮地跑去再抓一把，小手在我面前一攤，還是慢慢一小手的薯片：“老師，你餓了吧?吃!”剎那間，我突然感覺到自己的殘忍，他連一年級都跟不上，我卻要把她趕回二年級，於心何忍啊?就是為了自己所謂的業績，而犧牲孩子的前程，在孩子的心靈上刻上一道永遠的傷疤嗎?
雙手握着滿滿的薯片，我陷入了沉思，我想起了剛畢業時讓我揪心的一件事。一個老教師在辦公室滔滔不絕地對我們介紹他的成功經驗，他是如何在校長室説服家長，説孩子是弱智的，必須去啟智學校上學的事。末了，他説：“孩子就在旁邊，一點感覺都沒有，好像我們再説別人的事，簡直是個呆子，讓我怎麼教?”那不屑一顧事不關己的表情刺痛了我們幾個年輕老師的心，曾經發誓：一定要愛每一個孩子。
今天，我雙手握着滿滿的薯片，捫心自問：十年，我在教育崗位上整整時間，我變了嗎?變成了填鴨式教育的實施者，變成了扼殺童心的殺手，變成了只追求分數的討債人了嗎?在教育一線，我們肯定會碰上生性好動的，或者生理缺陷，或者行為古怪的孩子，我們該如何去對待他們?是關愛他、激勵他、幫助他還是冷淡他、排斥他、放棄他呢?
答案當然是前者。
想起曾經閲讀過的兒童文學《窗邊的小豆豆》。小豆豆是一個被學校退學的孩子，很幸運，她來到了巴學園，小林校長用愛和尊重逐漸把她變成了一個大家可以接受的孩子。第一次見面，小林校長就聽小豆豆講了4個小時的話，而沒有去打斷她。這四個小時，每一分鐘都寫滿了尊重，每一分鐘都寫滿了愛，每一分鐘都寫滿了小林校長不拋棄不放棄的教育精神。
想起了影片《放牛班的春天》，這是一羣教養所問題孩子的故事。他們在音樂老師馬修的引導下，組成了合唱團，使心靈得以進化，從黑暗走向光明。馬修老師，不拋棄不放棄，對每一個孩子，他都堅持。終於讓問題孩子有了面對困難的勇氣，承擔未來的力量。
當前中國的教育體制，仍然是以分數論成敗的。分分分，不僅僅是孩子的命根，也是老師的命根。作為一個一線教師，沒有人會在業績上“不恥最後”，但是，在追求業績和保護心靈這兩個砝碼去權衡的時候，相信大多數老師會選擇“不拋棄不放棄”。這是我們一線教師用心做出的選擇，用愛做出的承諾!
