時間流逝的無影無綜，去的快，來的也快。而能否把握時間，做時間的主人往往決定着一個人一生的命運。陶淵明説過：盛年不重來，一日難再晨。及時當勉勵，歲月不待人。人生短短數十秋，想要在如此短的時間內，取得成功，登上人生的頂峯，談何容易。也正因為如此，珍惜時間就顯得異常的重要。每個成功人士的背後往往有個珍惜時間的故事。
中國古代有許多珍惜時間的故事，像“頭懸樑”，“錐刺骨”，“囊螢映雪”，“鑿壁借光”等等，都是古人抓緊時間發奮、苦讀的典範。古人在很艱苦的條件下都能抓緊時間，努力苦讀，我們今天坐在寬敞明亮的教室裏，晚上還有明亮的電燈，條件比古人好多了，可我們又有幾個人珍惜這寶貴的時光呢?
記得有一次，就要考試了，老師在頭一天晚上就提醒我們要認真複習，要看《水滸傳》。可是，我卻不聽老師的話，在幾天前就開始複習的話，這次考試對我來説就是張飛吃豆芽——一盤小菜。可是我沒有，再加上我平時很少看《水滸傳》，別人都快看完一半了，我才看了幾回。沒辦法，只好抓緊複習，能看多少是多少。現在珍惜時間，已經沒有用了。哎!早知今日，何必當初呢?要是我以前珍惜一些時間，把平時玩的時間抽出來看書、複習，今天就不會這樣了。到了關鍵時刻，臨時抱佛腳，是沒有用的。結果，可想而知——考得一塌糊塗。
所以珍惜時間吧，珍惜時間，也就是珍惜生命。充分利用命運給我們的每一分鐘，每一秒。不要成為時間的奴隸，做時間的主人。到那時，讓這一個匆匆過客的時間，永陪伴在你我的左右吧!
