大家好，我是咱們班的英語老師，很高興能在這裏和大家交流孩子們的共同探討 “怎樣幫助孩子學好英語”。
首先介紹一下教材，我們學的是外研社版一年級，是國小英語學習中一個重要的起步階段。我們我相信現在很多家長都知道，國小裏的英語教材和中學的英語教材完全是銜接的，而不是到了國中還會重新學習。如果現在的英語沒有學好，那相對來説，將來國中學起來就比較累。所以我們只有現在打好良好的基礎，才不會導致英語越學越難、越學越差。
現在，我們的孩子都是在同一起跑線上起跑的，但經過一段時間學習，學生與學生之間就會拉開差距。這是為什麼呢?一些學生有基礎，學習興趣濃，學習勁頭足，課堂上積極思維，踴躍發言，課後及時鞏固，形成了良性循環的好勢頭。他們的學習習慣好，在聽、説、讀、寫方面都能齊頭並進。可也有一些學生，平時學習馬虎，基礎不紮實，功虧一簣，導致他們現在課上聽講困難，用他們自己的話説：“老師上課，我聽不懂。”聽不懂，還不努力，書面作業拖拉不交，口頭作業根本不完成，如此一來，學習自然成了件頭痛事，麻煩事。其實，大部分的學生還是處於中間層次，老師所教的，所佈置的作業能夠基本完成，但學習的效率又因人而異，存在着個體差別。儘管他們平時不需要老師操太多的心，費太大的力，但是説起各方面的表現，又總有一絲遺憾。我們都希望他們能夠再上一個台階。因此請家長一定要從現在起重視孩子的英語學習。
怎樣幫助孩子學好英語呢?我們老師自然是最直接的知識傳授者，有着不可推卸的責任。在此，我只是真誠地呼籲我們的家長配合學校，配合老師，我們共同努力來幫助孩子學好英語。用一句時髦的話説：我們要和孩子共同成長。因此我們要重視學生良好的學習習慣的培養。
(1)讓孩子多聽錄音 在少兒英語教學中，首先是加強聽力訓練和説話訓練，然後才是讀寫能力的培養。聽説能力差，用英語進行交際的能力也就差。因此要確保孩子每天至少邊聽錄音，邊跟讀課文15分鐘，要讀出聲音，最好家長在旁監督，會更有效。有時學生可能會認為我已會背了,不需聽磁帶了,這是很不好的習慣,畢竟聽磁帶對學生聽力能力的提高很有幫助。為此，家長一定要配合學校來要求孩子，要創造條件讓孩子多聽純正的錄音，聽幾遍、聽清楚了以後，跟着説，儘量讓孩子模仿錄音中的發音。
(2)讓孩子大聲説英語 家長要每天詢問孩子學習英語的情況，不管當天有無英語課。家長要鼓勵孩子每天大聲地朗讀、對話、問答，大聲説，不害羞，這樣有利於清楚地表達自己，也有利於他人糾正自己的錯誤。另外，還請各位家長在家裏督促孩子保質保量地完成英語作業，該讀的讀、該説的説、該寫的寫、該記的記，及時鞏固，養成良好的習慣。父母親的良好榜樣起着很大作用。孩子一般還沒有明確的學習目的，這時，父母親對學習的態度，特別是行為，會極大地影響孩子。千萬不能縱容自己的孩子第一次説：英語好難，我學不好;就任由他去。你讓你的孩子知道：今天，你花大時間去養成好習慣，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懶了一會，你明天的作業就會更多。
累積下來，你就是欠債最多的人。 孩子是每個家庭的重心和希望，有一位家長説過：“要把培養孩子當作自己的事業來做。”是啊，只要你多投入一點，相信你的孩子會給予你更多的回報!
