今天我來談談自我介紹之後緊接着會遇到的問題，why do you want to work here?
這裏的關鍵詞是work嗎，是why嗎。不不不，是最末的一個詞，here。
我小時候總問我媽媽，麥當勞和肯德基賣的東西是一樣的，他們為什麼不合併成一家公司呢?麥當勞和肯德基有區別嗎?
求職時是一樣的呀。你都面消費品，面試聯合利華他們問，你還投了寶潔嗎?和寶潔比，你為什麼更想在我們這兒工作呢?
這題我們要表達出對你對這個公司知道得很多，而你的個人資質match到公司的需求(to show that you know a lot about the company and that your qualifications match the company's needs)
show出你對公司的瞭解，包括對可能工作的部門的瞭解，未來工作夥伴的瞭解(你清楚你以後要和那樣的人一起工作嗎?)
研究公司的產品或者服務，瞭解公司在社會上的積極影響
熟悉公司的使命(mission statement)和核心價值
熟悉公司官網上“about us”板塊的介紹
不要將“選擇的理由”侷限於你個人。重點放在公司積極的影響，公司能給你帶來什麼。
告訴面試者你過去的教育和實習經歷，如何符合公司的需要
告訴面試者你對工作是有選擇性/對崗位是有思考(being selective)的，不是會隨隨便便接受任何提供給你的工作
