as an application laboratory engineer,i devised a new semiconductor-manufacturing process that was more efficient and satisfied a very difficult request of world products,one of our largest customers.

i also helped increase our sales to best products through effective customer relationship management and successful incorporation of customer feedback into product design.

thirdly,i successfully introduced abc's new generation product to the japanese market.
