學術動機
説起學術的動機，其實很簡單，可以從兩個方面做出回答：為己和為他。“為己”或者可以説是為一己之心，此“心”乃是私心中的學術理想和未來的學術人生之路。“一支筆，一本書，一杯清茶”的學術人生對於我來説有着無盡的吸引力，指引着我不斷的向學術之門不斷的前行。“為他”或者也可以用一句話就可以清晰地做出表述：“學術乃天下之公器”。作為社會的一分子，作為一名共產黨員，社會的發展自然不是自己的身外之事，如果説我可以用什麼對於我們的國家和社會有所貢獻的話，學術就是我所向往的最大的武器
學術背景和知識儲備
作為一名設計學碩士研究生，對於設計研究還僅僅是處於萌芽階段。一年半年碩士階段的學習，我勤奮努力，除閲讀專業範圍內的大量論著外，還積極參與導師的課題，掌握了較為完備的一系列設計方法。這些，為我日後的研究之路打下了較為堅實的基礎。讀研期間，我以較好的成績完成了碩士階段的全部課程。我善於把理論學習與學術實踐相結合，較好的完成了導師佈置的項目。
研究工作
讀研期間曾經協助導師申請了國際科技支撐計劃申報工作，這一課題現在已經審批成功並在着手研究中。多次作為導師的橫向課題負責人蔘與了多項課題研究如：、等，良好的完成了導師佈置的任務。
學習計劃

就業目標
對於自己的就業目標，一直以來都是非常的清晰：進入高校或研究機構做教學研究類工作。現在是這樣想，以後還會這樣想。因為分析個人特質，我認為高校及科研機構是一個比較適合我的環境，並且品閲書籍也是我的一大嗜好。

尊敬的各位老師：
你們好!本人，正是源於對生物醫學工程專業及幹細胞研究領域的興趣，以及對行業的前景非常認可，選擇該專業攻讀博士，並繼續探索有關幹細胞的未知領域也是我對科學的崇尚，希望能夠在這一領域有所成就。貴校是一所綜合性多科大學，學術和科研非常出色，有着濃厚的歷史和文化底藴。醫學院不管是硬件還是軟件都具有很強的實力。高質量教學和學術積澱的感染，使我更堅定了攻讀博士學位的信心。
本人性格開朗、責任心強，待人友善，善於學習，敢於創新、工作思路清晰，執行能力強。在碩士期間，我已經修讀課程包括分子生物學、免疫學實驗技術、細胞遺傳學實驗技術、高級生物化學實驗技術、醫學基礎實驗技術、實驗動物學、SPSS統計軟件等專業技術課程、同時也系統學習了綜合英語、自然辯證法與科學社會主義等通識課，具有紮實的醫學理論基礎;通過研究生階段的系統學習和培訓，目前熟練掌握分子生物學及免疫學實驗技術。研究生階段主攻方向為：新型氣體分子硫化氫對氧化損傷心肌細胞的保護作用及機制。通過該課題實施不僅系統瞭解掌握了心肌細胞的培養、分離、純化等細胞培養技術及常規指標檢測方法，而且提高了獨立分析解決問題的能力，最終以優異成績獲得論文答辯。近年來主要從事職業衞生與健康方面的研究，發表學術論文3篇，承擔湖北省教育廳科研項目1項，獲十堰市軟科學項目二等獎1項。
以上這些工作為我以後在讀博期間的學習打下了堅實的基礎。在博士期間計劃學習有關幹細胞與腫瘤治療方面等相關理論知識及研究進展，進一步分析研究其機理。我的總體學習目標是通過專業研修增強自己對腫瘤發生發展的認識、對其未來治療方向有更清晰的瞭解。博士入學後三週內，在導師指導下作好個人課程學習計劃。第一年以課程修讀為主，開展一定的實驗室研究，積極參加各種學術、文體活動，在課程修讀結束時結合所掌握的經驗和學習的知識擇選出自己具體主攻的方向，按照學校要求開展博士期間的學習與研究。在論文工作期間每學期至少在二級學科範圍內作一次學術報告;博士生在學期間聽取30次以上學術報告，在讀期間至少要在著名期刊上發表 2篇以上學術論文， 並順利完成博士畢業論文。
